Challenges & Outlook

Maruti Suzuki has temporarily scaled down near-term e-Vitara production targets (Apr–Sept 2025) from ~26,500 to ~8,200 units due to rare-earth magnet shortages — though full-year targets remain intact.

The e-Vitara Unleashed heralds Maruti Suzuki’s electric breakout — combining SUV ruggedness, cutting-edge tech, and global-ready performance. With its versatile battery options, advanced ADAS, and competitive pricing, the e-Vitara aims to redefine value and capability in India’s burgeoning EV lineup.
